I am interested in any info on the Kelly family of Broken Bow. My mother was Helen Louise Kelly born in 1910.. her father was a lawyer there.

Looking for descendants of STINNARD brothers: James A. (1853-1945 Brewster, NE), Wilbur (1855-1883 Fort Omaha, NE) and Fred Jr. (1866-1935 CA). All listed as having Homesteds in Custer Co. and purchased land between 1878 - 1891. James married Cora Belle MERRILL and had: Anna C., Lawrence N., Edith J. and Mary B. Wilbur was a soldier in the "Standing Army" when he died. Fred moved to California about 1904, having married 3 times: 1) Mamie L. GOLDSMITH 2) Carrie SCOTT 3) Mercie CLEPPER.

I'm looking for my biological great-grandfather. Lawrence Ervin Morgan was born 12/13/1880 in Custer County and adopted by John W. Morgan on his marriage to Catherine Stemler. She may or may not have been Lawrence' biological mother. It is probable that the biological father had Huntington's Chorea. His surname may have been "Washburn."

Searching for the Biggerstaffs that lived in Anselmo, Custer Co. Nebraska in the 1920's. Eileen Biggerstaff(?) married ? had a child raised by her sister there I believe and a 2nd marriage to Howard Launer with a daughter born in Grand Island. Eileen was in contact with a nephew Darrell that moved to California. Any links???
