Buffalo County Nebraska. We have an Isaac Stark who died in Norman Kearney, NB. He died in 1912. This is my husband's greatgreat grandfather. Would like some help. I have found an Eli Stark picture on site and that could be a brother of his. His father Abraham was a Baptist Minister and started many churchs in Indiana and Ky. There were several sons that also went into the ministry. Elisha Stark was Isaac's brothers name.Isaac was a farmer and married to Elizabeth Richey. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

HEMPEN posted by Karen Morris on Wednesday, November 14, 2001

I am looking for anyone researching the name Gerhard HEMPEN, 1860-1908. I found a package of paperwork in an antique store on him. It includes immigration paperwork, passport, etc. I didn't look through it closely, but it has a lot of information on his life. He emigrated from Germany to Nebraska. I did not purchase it, but thought I would try to find someone who might be searching for information on him. It's a wonderful piece of history on this individual. Please don't hesitate to contact me if this is your ancestor.

John moved from Clay County MO sometime in the late 1800's to Kearney, with my Grandfather, John L., and two other son's, Charlie and ???. All information seems to stop at Clay County MO, supposedly because the James gang burned the courthouse down, along with all records. My father, Leonard Pat HAYES is also buried in Kearney.

Looking for any Cousins family information or a family contact. We know very little of this family. Roy COUSINS b.15 Oct.1889 d. Nov. 1963, was father to Robert Raymond COUSINS, Robert died by suicide. Supposedly he had a brother that died the same day and also by suicide(?)in California. Robert Raymond had a son Robert (Bobby). My uncle. It is believed that ROY COUSINS may have been on a police force in the Gibbon area. Bobby's mother was a Ruby Lorraine LONG also from this area, all we know is that her father was Fred LONG, and stepmother was Ellen LONG. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you, Denise
