ANNABLE, BEAVERS, RILEY posted by Audrey Annable Franklin on Monday, December 13, 1999

I am looking for the immediate family of Carrie Edna RILEY. She was born in 1885 in either KS or near Shelton/Gibbon area of Buffalo County. One way or the other, her family was in Buffalo County in the early 1900s - I have no idea of the names of her parents or siblings but would really like to know. She married William H. ANNABLE and they had one daughter, Virginia, who married Roy BEAVERS of Elm Creek, Buffalo Cty in 1922. Both William (Will) and Carrie are buried in the cemetery at Elm Creek. She was my Great-aunt and very much beloved. If there is some kind soul in Elm Creek that would check the cemetery for her tombstone, I would be eternally grateful for whatever it says on it. Then, perhaps, I can find a obit for her.
